This hotel is conveniently situated near a cinema and a theatre.

Friendly atmosphere, staff were interested tho not pushy. Breakfast both in terms of choice and quality was very good. The purpose of my visit was to go to a concert. Had it not been for the interest shown by a member of staff in my visit, I would have

Fantastic staff, location and value for money. Banks Mansion is a rare hotel that understands what real hosiptality means. Whenever in Amsterdam we will always stay at this property.

The staff at Banks Mansion is responsive and competent. the hotel offers very good services including free wake up calls and ironing. - the rooms are well-equipped and a nice size. - the bathroom is nice looking. - Guests can enjoy a marvelous view of the canal 

Cozy queen room with thoughtful touches like balloons and coffee, early check-in, friendly service, and the option for late check-out make for a welcoming stay.

Outstanding customer service and fabulous amenities & conveniences. The room was comfortable and well tended. Breakfast was delicious; it was wonderful having the options of made to order omlettes & French toast. Overall, we couldn't have been more satisfied!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions but just outside the crowded areas of the city. The transportation 

Lovely rooms, including a complimentary minibar. A bar in the reception area where you can help yourself to Becks/Hoegarden beer, wine, prosecco, fizzy drinks, water, and a range of spirits. iPads and free wifi is accessible. The 

Excellent central location alongside a canal, though not noisy, wonderful staff, home cosiness, what else will you need?

It was a fantastic stay. Brilliant place for celebrating a birthday. - Felt like home. - the restaurant was great and the food was freshly made. - the location was awesome and brilliant, close to Muntplein. 

Friendly helpful staff even assisting a friend to sharpen her eyebrow pencil!!! Wonderful breakfast choice. Pillows that were heaven to sleep on. Complimentary lounge bar excellent.

My only negative comment was lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We are not all expresso coffee drinkers especially first thing in the morning. A small kettle would have been welcomed.

I liked everything in this hotel, especially the work of reception, and all the people who make omlettes on the breakfasts - they are really tastful. Location is very comfortable to get anywhere by foot.
