This spot is conveniently situated near the Mint Tower and just around 20 km from the airport.

The staff are excellent - customer service was fantastic. The all inclusive aspect was great - it was really good to be able to come in and get a glass of wine or prosecco and have some snacks and chat to other guests. The location

The room here is elegant and peaceful, decorated beautifully, and the staff is amazing, adding humor to their excellent service.

I had such a wonderful stay at Banks Mansion! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The all-inclusive concept was fantastic, as I could enjoy a delicious drink anytime I wanted. The gin and beer were especially amazing. 

The service was outstanding, and the all-inclusive features really made it a good deal!

Very good location,excellent staff,very efficient,polite,never let you wait,never forgetting what you have asked, clean room, comfortable bed,friendly living room, wireless, PC, tablets, printer, all ok.Good breakfast and snaks in the living room. Very good impression. 

Outstanding staff, lovely location, wonderful room, super comfy bed, all-inclusive breakfast, cheese & wine. Everything very clean, English not an issue. A+ concept, small but excellent rooms. Can't wait to go back! 

Location

If "All inclusive" only means guests can have as many drinks as possible, then it is not worth the money. Inclusive Breakfast was not upto the mark. There was no variety and no Vegetarian choices except for toast and juice. Room service lacks the punch for the money. House keeping is definitely bad because it is outsourced. Room sizes are small and offer no view what so ever. For an average of 250 Euros per night, you would expect atleast a good size room with a Canal view.

The queen room came with a complimentary minibar and a safe box. the location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area close to great restaurants and all the key attractions Amsterdam has to offer.
