Staff were friendly courteous and extremely helpful from the minute we arrived at the hotel. Nothing seemed like too much trouble - taxis, dinner bookings, excursions or just good advice. The 'living area' works very well 

Centrally positioned in a relatively quiet area, not far from the museums and shopping, chacuterie trolley and many areas of interest. Marvellous and lovely location, compact queen room with channel view, toiletries and 

The room was luxurious and included ventilation as well as handy robes.

The breakfast here was great – they had the freshest orange juice, delicious meats, and yummy pancakes! the restaurant food was also really fresh and tasty. 🥞

Excellent location. Staff incredible helpfull and friendly. Hotel very comforable with complementary bar and afternoon snak. Excellent breakfast and most comfortable hotel bed ever. One of the best hotels I stayed. 

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Banks Mansion and would return. Very warm and friendly environment, loved the 5pm drinks and gathering of an afternoon, breakfast was fantastic

Everything was second to none; we highly recommend this place to others! The weather was wonderful, and we had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city on our vacation.

Central location within the city center. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. Good idea to have free access to coffee machine, drinks and snacks. However, for alcoholic beverages, we would have liked to have the

Though still ok, the rooms and bathrooms are a little bit small. The free video channels are not available "at wish"; you are depending from the times which are set by the hotel

An excellent location with very friendly staff and comfortable accomodation. The free bar and snacks in the lounge area made it a very sociable hotel too.

Everything was perfect, including excellent facilities. Flawless, cordial staff working here. - Incredible and enjoyable breakfast, with a wide range of options available. - Great location, only 5 minutes to the airport. - A wide range of cafes and restaurants nearby. - Good for a short break. 

Staff were fantastic. The food/drink concept is very welcome and helpful in such an expensive city. Good showers.

I would agree with some comments that the rooms are a bit plain. If the rooms had the detail and decor of the reception areas it would be excellent.

The location is excellent, the staff friendly and attentive and the concept of letting guests consume as much as they like from the room and lobby bars without extra charge is great, makes it feel like home when you can raid
